We would highly recommend Stuart as he carried out an extremely professional job in replacing our fascias, soffits, guttering, downpipes, dry verge, etc. He arrived on time every day, worked hard and was very tidy in his work. His quote was very competitive and the finished work was of an extremely high standard. We are delighted with the end result, it has really freshened the outside appearance of our property. We have no hesitation in recommending Stuart to others.

We had Scot Clad replace our soffits, facias, guttering and down pipes. The finished result has really brightened up the house. Very impressed by the workmanship and the manner in which this work was conducted. Stuart replaced our old wooden soffits and fascias, along with the guttering and downpipes on both our house and garage. He started on time and although poor weather slowed the job a little he worked quickly and efficiently, and did an excellent job all round. I would definitely recommend to others.

Stuart from Scot-Clad has just completed the replacement of our Soffits, Facias, Guttering, Down Pipes and some Lining boards with Upvc. The work was started on the day advised and completed on time to a very high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending Scot-Clad to anyone for carrying out this type of work.

Our facias, soffits, gutters and downpipes were badly needing replaced. I wanted a local company close to our home. We selected Scot-Clad after internet browsing. Very impressed with the Yell.com reviews and asked Scot-Clad for a quote which was very competitive. Stuart carried out the work and finished it this week. I can only re-emphasise what everyone else has said in their reviews. Superb workmanship; arrives on time every day; worked very hard and extremely tidy. Probably one of the best companies we've dealt with and we too are "fussy" (like another reviewer said). We are very pleased with the end result and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work done.

I couldn't fault Stuart's workmanship and professionalism. He is very efficient and did a fantastic job of our soffits and facias the results are amazing and had made such a difference to our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scotclad to anyone.

We have just had soffits, fascias, guttering and downpipes replaced by Scot-Clad. We are delighted with the results! Stuart is an excellent tradesman, always reliable, polite and punctual. He delivered exactly what he said he would, on time and on budget. He has left our bungalow of 1980 looking like new. We rejoice that there is no more need to paint.

We have just had our facias,soffitts, gutterring and related down-pipes replaced by Scot-Clad. Job was carried out in sometimes very trying conditions. The standard of workmanship we consider to be very high and everything was left tidy each night. My daughter was so impressed that she is going to get Scot-Clad (Stuart) to replace her facias etc next year and a neighbour who was passing and saw the work has also requested a quote. A word of warning - if you are thinking about having work done this man is very popular, and rightly so, so get in quick. Thanks again Stuart for an excellent job. Harry & Sheila Fraser, Ellon

We just had our soffits, facias, guttering and drain pipes replaced by Scot Clad. We were very impressed wth the service provided. We received fair price for the work and were not surprised by any hidden extras. Stuart arrived promptly each morning and just worked away. The work was very efficient and not disruptive and the areas were cleared and cleaned at the end of each day. All the old materials were taken away.
We are extremely pleased with the finished work which is of a very high standard (and we are very fussy people).
We would highly recommend Scot Clad to anyone who needs any work of this type.

For our job, Stuart needed to work around my ageing Mum and he did a great job fitting a couple of new windows and patio doors. He quickly gained my Mum's trust and approval and he left the place really clean and tidy. This was six months ago and the work he did has been really secure and effective during the winter weather. A job very well done and on budget - thank you.

I've recently had fascias, soffits and guttering replaced, and several windows replaced by Scot-Clad and am very pleased with the results. Stuart has done a top quality job; he was punctual, cleared up after himself and was polite and professional at all times. We had Facias, soffitts and gutterrings together with drain pipes. They arrived on time every day, worked extremley well and left everything tidy at night. I found them very helpfull and the workmanship was extremley good.
I would definitely use them again and would whole heartedly recommend them. In fact we are having them back to replace all our windows and doors.

I asked Scot-Clad for advice and a quote on replacing my house front door and side screen. Following their advice I picked what I wanted and ordered a door, with the price being less than I had originally thought. Stuart arrived promptly on the day agreed, the door & screen were fitted quickly, adjusted up, mess tidied and me left very happy with the work.
This was nearly 2 years ago...and since then the door has worked faultlessly, is watertight, windproof, looks great and opens/closes perfectly every time and still looks great...unlike the door my parents purchased from one of the UK's national companies which has been a disaster requiring 10 return visits and 2 replacement doors! Sometimes using a smaller local company has it's benefits!
I would not hesitate to recommend Scot-Clad to anyone - I will be using them again when my facias and soffits need replacing.
